Qigong with Sandy

We will be practicing Qigong outside on the beautiful grounds of Glastonbury Abbey. Qigong is a slow moving exercise which enhances your health and wellbeing. It is a meditative movement for building up strength in your body, mind and spirit. You become more flexible and energized through this practice. Sandy will be teaching the five element flow, connecting to your five major organs. These particular forms are referred to as Medical Qigong.
