12:00 noon: Eucharist
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:00 – 5:00 pm: Work, Study, Meetings, Prayer
5:15 pm: Vespers (Evening Prayer)
5:45 pm: Lectio Divina
6:30 pm: Supper; free time
7:45 pm: Compline (night prayer)
8:00 pm: Free time; night silence
Sundays and Holy Days:
Same as weekdays except:9:30 am: Eucharist; free time
11:45 am: Brunch
12:45 pm: Midday Prayer; free time
5:15 pm: Vespers; community recreation
